Ruby & Alice was created to provide individuals 55+ with relevant information to help decide one of two critical housing questions; do I stay and age in place or do I go to a new home situation that fits your current situation and lifestyle. R&A also provides consultation options to talk through individual circumstances, as well as representation to help sell your home. Whether you are considering aging in place or exploring options to downsize and move into a more maintenance free environment, Ruby & Alice has the information you are looking for.
The Founder
Named after his two oldest grandchildren, David Babcock founded the company out of desire to help individuals make what can be a very challenging decision regarding their future living situation. He is currently licensed for real estate in the state of Minnesota and holds several designations including SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), RCC (Residential Construction Certified), and RSS (Residential Remodeling Specialist). David resides in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota along with his two adult children and six grandchildren. His love of real estate started with the purchase of personal investment properties, he has continued that interest with the establishment of Ruby & Alice. David has an MBA from the Carlson School of Business from the University of Minnesota with a focus on marketing and strategy.
